  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We are not responsible for items sent to us that are lost in transit, please use UPS or certified mail.

Receive a Wrong, Broken or Damaged Item?

If we sent the wrong size, item or a defective product our policy is to typically have the customer send the item back to us. Once we receive here, we will reimburse the cost of shipping it back to us, as well as, send the replacement item at no cost. If there are any questions or concerns about this, please contact us.
